GreenCo Health (Ciala) cannot provide assurance or information relating to a foreign country’s customs regulations.
Any extra customs charges or any other charges are to be paid for by the receiver, GreenCo Health (Ciala) takes no responsibility for any extra charges that may occur.
GreenCo Health (Ciala) does not take responsibility for items confiscated at your country’s port and will not provide a refund or exchange in this occurrence.
GreenCo Health (Ciala) does not accept any responsibility for customs delays that may apply in the destination country.

- Deliveries may be made in person by GreenCo Health if GreenCo Health management decides to do so.
You can request an authority to leave for your order with Australia Post after the order is placed. GreenCo Health (Ciala) and couriers associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Authority To Leave delivery method. As this is not a registered service and no signature is required upon delivery we recommend only selecting this option if the destination is safe to do so.
If the option for ‘Authority to leave parcel’ is selected, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the address provided on your order. Please note that if Australia Post’s drivers cannot locate a safe location to leave your parcel a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.
If this option is not selected, parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Please allow up to 3–10 business days for delivery within Australia.
Please allow up to 10–18 business days for delivery outside Australia excluding custom delays.
Incorrect shipping address
In the event that the receiver has typed the wrong shipping address, and the product is returned to us, the receiver must pay for the postage prior to re dispatch. No refund will be offered or authorised if the receiver has typed the wrong shipping address and the product is lost in transit.
Please note all GreenCo Health (Ciala) products must pass strict quality assurance. GreenCo Health (Ciala) products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched.
Therefore, it is a GreenCo Health (Ciala) policy that any products ordered through ourGreenCo Health (Ciala) website are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to GreenCo Health (Ciala) company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased over the web.
Products can be returned or exchanged only in circumstances where incorrect product is shipped. In these circumstances, products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a “No Return Basis”. Due to the delicate structure of Edible Bird’s Nest some breakage and/or powdering of the product may occur due to mishandling in transportation by Australia Post or other shipping company.
No refund or exchange will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
- Some damage, breakdown or powdering of product due to mishandling in shipment.
In the event a parcel is returned to sender the recipient is not entitled to a refund. If your order is returned to us due to the recipient being unable to claim the package you will be required to pay the freight charges for us to send again.
- GreenCo Health (Ciala) will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- You need to send the original or a copy of the invoice with your order.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, GreenCo Health (Ciala) will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
- We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Orders can not be cancelled or amended once submitted.
In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, GreenCo Health (Ciala) reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
GreenCo Health (Ciala) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. GreenCo Health (Ciala) will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
